• ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Client and Talent Award. Recognized for the 10th consecutive year, this award highlights a decade of excellence that speaks to the unwavering trust of our locum tenens providers and clients.

• Clay Walker, CEO, named to SIA’s 2024 Staffing 100 List. Under Walker’s guidance, Caliber achieved a 35% increase in revenue, a 31% rise in gross profit, and a 59% expansion in team size in 2023. This achievement was a proud moment for our leadership team and a testament to our continued growth.

• Dr. Edward Kondrot earned recognition as Locumpedia’s 2023 Provider of the Year. As a locum tenens Ophthalmologist, Dr. Kondrot provides mobile eye care to veterans, and utilizes his locum revenue to fund medical mission trips. • 1st Annual Caliber Swing to Support Golf Tournament. In June, we raised $30,000 for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, making a meaningful impact beyond healthcare.
