[Irving, TX – July 15, 2025] - Caliber is proud to announce that we have been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2025 Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list.
SIA’s annual list highlights US staffing companies that have demonstrated exceptional growth in a highly competitive industry. To qualify, firms needed to post at least $1 million in revenue in 2020 and achieve a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 15% or more between 2020 and 2024—all through organic growth alone. Firms on the list had a median CAGR of 28.3%, showcasing the level of performance required to earn this recognition.
Caliber ranked in the top 40 of the 99 firms recognized—a milestone that encourages us as we continue working to support more healthcare facilities and locum tenens providers. We’re proud to stand among companies that are setting new standards across the industry.
At Caliber, this recognition reminds us that our growth leads to tangible impact. Every month, 275+ healthcare providers step in where they’re needed most, filling more than 3,000 open shifts and ensuring patients get the care they deserve. To date, Caliber providers have helped care for more than 1.5 million patients nationwide—a testament to the trust our partners place in us and the dedication of the people behind every placement.
Clay Walker, CEO of Caliber, shared:
“It’s an honor to see Caliber recognized this way. This is a reminder of the ‘why’ behind each person’s role. Every bit of growth means more hospitals supported, more providers placed in facilities where they’re needed, and more patients receiving timely, quality healthcare. I’m grateful to our team, our clients, and our providers for making this possible.”
We’re proud of this achievement and even more motivated by what comes next. Thank you to everyone whose trust and partnership make this work possible. We’re ready to keep growing with purpose and delivering for those who count on us most.

At Caliber, we believe Locum Tenens Week should be more than a weeklong celebration; it should be a spotlight on the long-term difference providers make every day. As a provider-centric organization, we know that when physicians and APPs are supported, their impact doesn’t just fill a gap, it transforms care for entire communities. This year’s NALTO theme, “Temporary Providers, Permanent Impact,” resonates deeply with us. Because while locum assignments are sometimes measured in weeks or months, the care delivered, and the trust built can span years and touch thousands of lives.
