We’re proud to share that Caliber has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2025 list of the Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the U.S.
Even more meaningful to us: within this report, Caliber was recognized among the top 20 locum tenens staffing firms nationwide—a reflection of the trust our clients and providers place in us every day. This recognition is a representation of Caliber's growing role in the broader healthcare staffing landscape.
SIA’s report covers the overall U.S. healthcare staffing market and highlights 89 firms that each generated at least $50 million in healthcare staffing revenue in 2024. Collectively, these firms accounted for an estimated $35.9 billion in revenue—representing 84% of the total market.
“Strong relationships have always been our foundation. From the way we support providers to the trust we build with clients and the culture we foster internally—everything begins there. Prioritizing people will always shape our path forward.” -Clay Walker, CEO, Caliber
Caliber was also recently recognized by SIA as one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the country—another sign of the momentum behind our mission.
These milestones reflect the energy, heart, and expertise our team brings to solving healthcare workforce challenges every day.

At Caliber, we believe Locum Tenens Week should be more than a weeklong celebration; it should be a spotlight on the long-term difference providers make every day. As a provider-centric organization, we know that when physicians and APPs are supported, their impact doesn’t just fill a gap, it transforms care for entire communities. This year’s NALTO theme, “Temporary Providers, Permanent Impact,” resonates deeply with us. Because while locum assignments are sometimes measured in weeks or months, the care delivered, and the trust built can span years and touch thousands of lives.
