We are proud to share that Hollie Williams, Chief Financial Officer at Caliber Healthcare Solutions, was recently named a finalist for Outstanding CFO – Midsize Company in D CEO’s 2025 Financial Executive Awards, which recognizes Dallas-Fort Worth’s leading financial executives.
Presented in partnership with Financial Executives International, the Association for Corporate Growth Dallas-Fort Worth, and TXCPA-Dallas, the awards event honored outstanding finance leaders whose vision and impact elevate their organizations and industries.
Hollie was one of 40 top financial leaders celebrated across the region this year, a reflection of her transformative leadership at Caliber and her broader contributions to the healthcare staffing community.
Since joining Caliber, Hollie has redefined what financial leadership can achieve. With a vision rooted in her "financial fitness pillars"—Strength, Flexibility, and Endurance—she has led transformative initiatives that strengthened Caliber’s financial foundation and positioned the organization for long-term success.
Strength: Hollie spearheaded a complete restructuring of contracting, credit review, and collections processes, driving a 75% reduction in bad debt and significantly improving cash flow management.
Flexibility: By introducing dynamic budgeting strategies and enhancing real-time financial analytics through tools like DOMO, she has given teams a proactive lens to make faster, smarter decisions based on actionable insights.
Endurance: Her focus on sustainable growth is evident. New business now accounts for 20% of Caliber’s revenue and is 22% more profitable than legacy revenue streams, a testament to her data-driven approach to profitability and operational excellence.
This impact has been felt across the organization—financially and culturally.
“At Caliber, relationships are the core of everything we do, and Hollie embodies that every day,” said Clay Walker, CEO of Caliber Healthcare Solutions. “Her ability to collaborate across departments and align our financial fitness pillars with operational goals has been instrumental to our growth and long-term strategy. This recognition reflects her individual impact and underscores the kind of leadership that transforms organizations. We’re incredibly proud to have a leader whose clarity, purpose, and impact are felt across every corner of our organization.”
Hollie’s leadership extends beyond finance; she champions gender equity and mentors emerging women leaders, both within Caliber and as a former founding advisory board member of Women in DSO.
We are thrilled to celebrate Hollie’s recognition among Dallas-Fort Worth’s top financial executives. Her leadership continues to set a powerful example—not just within Caliber, but across the healthcare industry.

At Caliber, we believe Locum Tenens Week should be more than a weeklong celebration; it should be a spotlight on the long-term difference providers make every day. As a provider-centric organization, we know that when physicians and APPs are supported, their impact doesn’t just fill a gap, it transforms care for entire communities. This year’s NALTO theme, “Temporary Providers, Permanent Impact,” resonates deeply with us. Because while locum assignments are sometimes measured in weeks or months, the care delivered, and the trust built can span years and touch thousands of lives.
