We’re thrilled to announce that Lauren Terentiuk, Director of Sales Operations at Caliber Healthcare Solutions, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2025 40 Under 40 list—a national recognition honoring rising leaders who are shaping the future of staffing through innovation, empathy, and operational excellence.
Now in its ninth year, the 40 Under 40 program highlights professionals who are not just adapting to change—they’re defining it. When SIA announced its 2025 honorees, it emphasized not only the industry’s rapid evolution through technology, but also the growing importance of human connection, strong work cultures, and people-first leadership.
“The staffing industry is experiencing an exciting time in technological advancements, a moment that the 40 Under 40 Class of 2025 has met with remarkable versatility and forward-thinking vision,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “I applaud our honorees for being the change agents we need to help our industry evolve.”
That spirit of progress—anchored in empathy, adaptability, and action—is exactly what defines Lauren’s leadership. With dual master’s degrees in healthcare administration and public health, she approaches every challenge with a blend of strategic insight and genuine care. She leads transformation in ways that are both operationally sound and personally meaningful—building systems that work better for people and creating smoother, more supportive experiences for providers, clients, and colleagues alike.
In a year when SIA recognized “true people leaders” advancing the future of staffing through technology and connection, Lauren Terentiuk stands out as someone who delivers innovation with intention—and impact that lasts. (Read Lauren’s full honoree profile here.)
At Caliber, Lauren plays a critical role across the provider lifecycle—from onboarding and timekeeping to payroll and client invoicing. She's led the team through four enterprise technology transitions while maintaining payroll operations exceeding 99% accuracy—ensuring Caliber’s commitment to weekly provider pay.
Simultaneously, she fostered a culture of mentorship and growth amid these changes. 100% of her direct reports and 85% of her broader team earned promotions. This is a testament to the clarity, support, and trust she brings to leadership, even amid operational change.
Following the most recent transition, Caliber established an internal technology committee to sustain momentum and drive further process improvement. Lauren’s voice and insights have been key to the committee’s early direction. She guides solutions and cross-departmental collaboration to support long-term scalability and provider-first innovation.
“Lauren exemplifies the kind of leadership that elevates people and performance in equal measure,” said Diana Brugler, Executive Director of Operations at Caliber. “She’s built systems that scale—but more importantly, she’s built a team culture rooted in excellence, empathy, and impact. We’re proud to celebrate this well-earned recognition.”
Lauren’s passion for public health has always guided her work behind the scenes. She understands that every system improvement—every automation, every reduced delay—ultimately helps providers reach patients faster and with fewer barriers.
In the fast-changing world of healthcare staffing, Lauren is building systems that work for people, not the other way around. That’s why her work matters. That’s why this recognition is so well deserved.
Because at the end of the day, the best innovations are powered by people like Lauren.
