Hollie Williams, VP, Named to SIA’s 2025 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing List

Caliber is proud to announce that our Chief Financial Officer, Hollie Williams, has been named to the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2025 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. This prestigious recognition honors women who are shaping the future of the staffing industry through innovation, leadership, and measurable impact.

Since joining Caliber, Hollie has led a remarkable financial and operational transformation that elevated both performance and mindset. She reimagined our contracting, credit review, and collections processes—reducing bad debt by 75% and shortening time-to-collect by half. She also rebuilt our annual planning process and introduced real-time analytics tools that give leaders daily visibility into revenue, margins, and outcomes.

Hollie’s influence extends far beyond finance. Through her “financial fitness pillars” framework—Strength, Flexibility, and Endurance—she’s embedded profitability and accountability into every department’s decision-making. That approach has fueled strategic growth, with new business lines now contributing 20% of revenue at margins 22% higher than legacy offerings. Under her leadership, Caliber also earned a place on SIA’s 2025 Fastest-Growing U.S. Staffing Firms list.

Outside of Caliber, Hollie serves as a founding advisory board member for Women in DSO and was named a 2025 finalist for D CEO Outstanding CFO Award. She is deeply committed to mentoring emerging leaders, advocating for inclusive leadership, and empowering professionals to achieve long-term success.

At Caliber, we celebrate Hollie’s recognition as a testament to her vision, excellence, and the enduring impact of her leadership. She’s redefining what it means to be a CFO in staffing—transforming finance into a driver of innovation, agility, and sustainable growth.

Congratulations, Hollie, on this well-deserved honor!
